Whilst we strive to make the best things, sometimes an item might not be quite right for you or your bike. If that’s the case, here’s how returns and exchanges work.
You are welcome to return eligible item(s) within 30 days of the date you received them.
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, as new, and with all tags still attached
Custom and bespoke items cannot be returned, as these are made especially for you
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit
Please package items securely and include a note with your name and order number

Shipping for the replacement item is charged separately, and must be paid by the customer
If you’re unsure which item to exchange for, feel free to contact us before sending anything back.
