Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalised items. Because our custom bags are manufactured especially for you using your specific choice of materials, colors, and configurations, all orders for custom bags are final and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Non-Refundable Customs Duties & Import Fees:
When a refund is processed for an eligible return, international customs duties collected at checkout cannot be refunded by our shop, as these fees are paid directly to government authorities:

• Orders Under €150: The flat-rate €3 EU customs duty (charged per item category) is paid directly to customs upon entry and is strictly non-refundable.
• Orders Over €150: Any Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) charges—including import taxes and high-value customs duties—are paid directly to local customs authorities and are strictly non-refundable.
