General Questions

No, but they are highly water resistant. All our fabrics are waterpoof, but the process of stitching makes holes in the fabric that water will seep through over time. The Floating liners on Shazams and Alakazams make them as water resistant as any stitched bag can be.

All our bags should be washed with water and/or a stiff brush. Never put them in the washing machine, and avoid using detergents (as these break down the DWR Coating)! Zips deserve a little love every so often to keep them going strong, you can clean the teeth with a tooth brush and water. Lubricate with a zip-lubricant, or graphite!

If you have a problem that is the fault of bad workmanship or material failiure we will take care of it, for the life of the bag to the original purchaser.
